Rebecca graduated from the International Institute of Chinese Medicine (IICM) with a Masters in Oriental Medicine. She is certified in both Acupuncture and Herbology by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
Rebecca graduated with a B.S. in Health Information Management from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Ga. She first started in her healthcare profession as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA). She has worked in both hospital and corporate settings. In 1995, Rebecca took time away from the high stress corporate world and went to the Atlanta School of Massage where she obtained certification in Massage Therapy. In 1996, Rebecca went back to the corporate world but found no joy in her work. In 1998, after a lot of soulsearching, she found herself moving to Albuquerque, NM to find her calling at the IICM in Oriental Medicine. She has found her journey in Oriental Medicine exciting and enjoyable. She loves sharing this knowledge and treatment with others.
